  • ​2.​Marketing and Promotion: Promoting events and ticket sales through advertising, social media, email marketing, and other promotional efforts to maximize ticket sales.
  • ​3.​Ticket distribution: Ensuring that tickets are distributed to customers efficiently, whether through digital delivery, physical tickets, or will call services.
