Frequently Asked Questions

Ticket Junkies® is an online platform. Our primary payment method is a Credit Card. There are limited occasions where cash transactions may be accepted provided that the event in question requires a box-office option. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, And American Express cards.

Ticket Junkies® acts as the agent to those who are promoting or otherwise providing the events for which you purchase tickets, such as museums, venues, teams, artist representatives and fan clubs, promoters, and leagues (collectively, “Event Providers”). Tickets obtained from unauthorized sources may be lost, stolen, or counterfeit, and if so are void.

We sell tickets on behalf of Event Providers, which means we do not set ticket prices or determine seating locations or ticket availability.

Seating charts reflect the general layout of the venue at this time. For some events, the layout and specific seat locations may vary without notice. Tickets are generally sold through the following distribution points - online and box offices.

Most distribution points generally access the same ticketing system and inventory. Therefore, tickets for popular events may sell out quickly. Occasionally, additional tickets may be available prior to the event. However, we do not control this inventory or its availability.

If you do not receive a copy of your tickets by email after purchase, please check your online profile. If the ticket(s) are not included in your online profile, please reach out to Ticket Junkies® at info@ticketjunkies.com ( Re: Ticket Confirmation Query ) and a representative will be more than happy to assist you.

Tickets purchased on our site are typically subject to per-ticket service charges fees and a non-refundable per order processing fee. In many cases, delivery prices will also be owed.

When purchasing ticket(s) on our site, you are limited to a specified number of tickets for each event (also known as a “ticket limit”). This ticket limit is posted during the purchase process and is verified with every transaction. This policy is in effect to discourage unfair ticket-buying practices. We reserve the right to cancel any or all orders and tickets without notice to you if you exceed the posted limits. This includes orders associated with the same name, e-mail address, billing address, credit card number, or other information.

Occasionally, events are canceled or postponed. Should this occur, we will attempt to contact you to inform you of refund or exchange procedures for that event. For exact instructions on any canceled or postponed event, please check the event information online or contact us.

Here is what you should know.

If your bank is located in Australia, Canada, the United Kingdom, or the United States, you’ll be required to verify your financial information so you can receive a payout.

When to expect your payout

Ticket Junkies sends your payout three (3) business days after your event ends. Then, your bank will need to accept the payout and deposit it into your account. The total time it takes to get your payout varies depending on your bank’s processing time and location:

  • U.S. banks: Your event payout should arrive within 6-8 business days after your event ends.
  • Banks in other countries: your final event payout should arrive within 8-10 business days after your event ends.
  • Banks in the Bahamas: your event payout can take up to 1-5 business days after your event ends, after you have submitted your payment request.

Payouts before your event

If you're new to using Ticket Junkies, your first payout will be sent after your event ends.

After you’ve hosted your first event, you may have the option to receive your funds sooner with a custom payout schedule.

Payouts for recurring events

If your event has multiple instances, payout timing will vary based on your location:

Recurring events in the U.S. or Canada: Payouts are consolidated when possible. If multiple event instances are eligible for payout on the same day, they’ll be combined into a single payout.

Recurring vents in other countries: Each event instance receives a separate payout.

Reviewing your payout history.

If you use Ticket Junkies Payment Processing, you can go to the registration report to check your payout history and download a report. A payout report helps you understand your gross and net sales, as well as account for refunds, service charges, credits, and tax.

Delayed or missing payouts

If your payout hasn’t arrived within the expected timeframe:

  • Check the email associated with your Ticket Junkies account. If there's an issue that requires you to take action, Ticket Junkies sends an email.
  • Make sure that your event has a bank account associated with it: Go to this link https://ticketjunkies.com/payout/ select then fill out the required information related to your event for the payout process.
