What forms of currency do you accept?
We primarily accept Bahamian Dollar (BSD) transactions. Most of our purchases are online. If you are purchasing event tickets using a foreign credit card, you may be required to consult with your bank prior to the purchase. Any successful purchase using a non-Bahamian based credit card will be subject to conversion and foriegn exchange fees that may be levied by your financial institutions.
What payment methods do you accept?
Ticket Junkies® is an online platform. Our primary payment method is a Credit Card. There are limited occasions where cash transactions may be accepted provided that the event in question requires a box-office option. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, And American Express cards.
Who you are buying from?
Ticket Junkies® acts as the agent to those who are promoting or otherwise providing the events for which you purchase tickets, such as museums, venues, teams, artist representatives and fan clubs, promoters, and leagues (collectively, “Event Providers”). Tickets obtained from unauthorized sources may be lost, stolen, or counterfeit, and if so are void.
Who is responsible for pricing and ticket availability?
We sell tickets on behalf of Event Providers, which means we do not set ticket prices or determine seating locations or ticket availability.
Seating charts reflect the general layout of the venue at this time. For some events, the layout and specific seat locations may vary without notice. Tickets are generally sold through the following distribution points - online and box offices.
Most distribution points generally access the same ticketing system and inventory. Therefore, tickets for popular events may sell out quickly. Occasionally, additional tickets may be available prior to the event. However, we do not control this inventory or its availability.
What happens if I don't get my tickets by email?
If you do not receive a copy of your tickets by email after purchase, please check your online profile. If the ticket(s) are not included in your online profile, please reach out to Ticket Junkies® at info@ticketjunkies.com ( Re: Ticket Confirmation Query ) and a representative will be more than happy to assist you.
Are service fees charged to me when I order ticket(s) via Ticket Junkies?
Tickets purchased on our site are typically subject to per-ticket service charges fees and a non-refundable per order processing fee. In many cases, delivery prices will also be owed.
Is there a limite to the amount of ticket(s) that I can purchase on Ticket Junkies?
When purchasing ticket(s) on our site, you are limited to a specified number of tickets for each event (also known as a “ticket limit”). This ticket limit is posted during the purchase process and is verified with every transaction. This policy is in effect to discourage unfair ticket-buying practices. We reserve the right to cancel any or all orders and tickets without notice to you if you exceed the posted limits. This includes orders associated with the same name, e-mail address, billing address, credit card number, or other information.
What happens if the event is canceled and or recheduled?
Occasionally, events are canceled or postponed. Should this occur, we will attempt to contact you to inform you of refund or exchange procedures for that event. For exact instructions on any canceled or postponed event, please check the event information online or contact us.
